the typical home in Big Bear WE SELL (which would in most cases include snowload and some nice upgrades), including home, delivery and set, (excluding foundation), is $65 to $85 per sq ft depending on upgrades and options. Remember that a base price from down the hill is not applicable in Big Bear. Our homes are 2 x 6 construction, they have upgraded insulation and there are snowload requirements to be met.
