costs, average cost per square foot, base price etc, is that there are
so many
variables.

the
typical home in Big Bear WE
SELL (which would in most cases include snowload and some nice upgrades),
including home, delivery and set, (excluding foundation), is $65 to $85 per
sq ft depending on upgrades and options. Remember that a base price from down
the hill is not applicable in Big
Bear. Our homes are 2 x 6 construction, they have upgraded
insulation
and there are snowload requirements to be met.
